This agreement applies to OnePaper (One Paper / 一纸工坊). By installing, opening, or using the app, you agree to this agreement.
OnePaper provides local paper-template design tools, including browsing, search, categories, favorites, recent items, page setup, title image import, preview, export (PNG, WebP, PDF), sharing, and printing.
The app offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks advanced features including all premium paper templates, binding line and mirrored layout, 16-level line width, full color customization, image banner titles, custom title icons, watermark-free printing, and watermark-free multi-page PDF export.
A 10-day free Pro experience is offered to new users who trigger a Pro feature for the first time. During this period, no payment method is bound and no automatic charge occurs. After the 10-day period, continued use of Pro features requires an active subscription.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
This EULA is between you and the App Provider (OnePaper / 一纸工坊). Apple is not a party to this agreement. The App Provider, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance, support, and any warranty or liability claims. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. You acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and has the right to enforce its terms.
One Paper Pro (Annual): Pricing is shown in the App Store and may vary by storefront. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). You will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The 10-day Pro free experience does not bind your payment method and will not automatically convert to a paid subscription. When it ends, the app returns to the free version, and you must actively subscribe to continue using Pro features.
We may adjust subscription prices. For price increases, Apple will notify you via push notification, email, or in-app message. Some price increases require your explicit consent; if you do not agree, your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing cycle. For price decreases, existing subscribers will automatically renew at the lower price.
If a renewal fails due to billing issues such as an expired payment method, Apple may attempt to recover the subscription for up to 60 days. If recovery succeeds, your paid service resumes from the renewal date. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policy. You may request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem system. The 10-day Pro free experience requires no payment, so no refund applies during this period.
Export, share, and print results depend on the device, OS, printer, paper, and system service behavior. The app does not provide cloud sync or a server-side account system.
The app, interface, text, fonts, icons, templates, premium resources, and related assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Pro features and premium resources are licensed only for use inside the app while your Pro entitlement remains active. You may not extract, redistribute, sublicense, or resell them separately. Your own imported text and images remain your responsibility.
Please refer to the OnePaper Privacy Policy and OnePaper Privacy Notice for data handling details. Subscription purchases and billing are processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card details.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, or compatibility with all printers and devices. In no event shall the App Provider be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
We may update this agreement when the app, store rules, or laws change.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access to Pro features if you violate this agreement or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon subscription expiration or termination, you will revert to the free version. Previously exported files remain usable.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China for mainland China users, or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence for international users, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, or if unsuccessful, through litigation in the competent courts.
